We do not store any debit or credit card information.

For nationalities other than The United Kingdom & Northern Ireland, the following additional information will be requested before the reservation is confirmed.
· Passport Number & place of issue. (Photo copy may be requested).
· Full address of next destination.
These records must be retained for 12 months.

When you contact us through our websites, social media platform/s, internet search engines or communicate with us directly.
We also link to and utilise third party online booking platforms.
We cannot be held responsible for any third party websites and we advise our customers to read the privacy notices of such other websites before registering any personal data.
How we use personal information.
Personal data collected and processed by us may be used for the following purposes and is restricted to these:
To fulfil our contract with you, and our legal obligations.
To enable communication with you.
Accountancy and audit purposes. Records retained for seven years or otherwise as determined by HMRC.
Who we share information with.
We do not share or sell information with any other party except as below or when required by law for the prevention and detection of crime.
We will share your details with our booking system, SuperControl for the purpose of them delivering their service to us.
