Note:

• Prices are inclusive of electricity.
• Guests supply their own linen. (see below).
• On reservation we require 10% of the full rental for the period. Non returnable.
• The balance rental is payable six weeks before arrival. 
• Reservations made within 6 weeks of arrival payable on booking.
• Payment can be made in UK Sterling by cheque or BACS.
• Arrival: After 16.00hrs  Departure: By 11.00hrs.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets. 

• All beds have duvets & pillows together with  mattrass & pillow protectors.
• Guests will require duvet covers double and/or single, pillow cases & sheets.
• Guests will also need to supply towels as required.
